The Following Rules and Regulations Are For The Classic Car Auction

Notice: Sale Day Announcements take precedence over all other advertised or written rules, conditions, or terms.

1. You Must Register In Order to Participate in the Classic Car Auction. Click Here for .pdf Registration Form or you can call our office at (540)947-5594 and have one faxed to you
2. All bidders must be 18 years of age with a valid U.S Drivers license or picture I.D
3. All sales are final.
4. All vehicles are sold completely "As Is, Where Is." All information Bryan Buchanan Auto Auction has on vehicles is deemed to be from reliable sources. It is up to the bidder to make their own determanation about the vehicleNo sold vehicles are guaranteed as to Year, Mileage, State Inspection or Running Condition . Buyer assumes all responsibility as to road worthiness of vehicle purchased. Buyer is responsible to notice all equipment, options, and condition of vehicle
5. Buyer fee will be 8% of bid price
6. Payment must be made with certified funds, cashiers check, personal or business check with notorized bank letter of guarantee.
7. You are legally bound for the full purchase price. Bryan Buchanan Auto Auction can and will pursue legal action for full purchase bid, buyers fees, plus any fees incurred or charged by Auction, if not settled by payment deadline.
8. No single contract is considered settled until all contracts entered in on sale date have been
   settled in full. Titles can and will be held until all vehicles are paid in full by bidder including any late charges that applies.
9. Titles will be issued on day of sale after full payment is received.
10. All vehicles must be removed following the sale. Auction Company, owners, nor agents will be responsible for vehicles remaining on premises after auction. Vehicles not removed within seven days will be charged $15.00 a day storage.
11. Auction Company does not issue Temporary tags.
12. Registered bidders are responsible for all bids issued under their number. Titles will be assigned to registered bidders only."No changes will be made to name on title".
13. Owner's and Auction Company reserve the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
14. Auction Company reserves the right to settle any and all disputes involving bids or sale of vehicles.
15. Auction Company reserves the right to establish bid sequences.
16. Receipt of bidder number, implies an understanding of legal obligation to all above stated rules and regulations. "Failure to comply with auction rules may result in expulsion from sales conducted by Bryan Buchanan Auto Auction or Smart Cars Of Va, Inc."
17. All vehicles sold are done soley between buyer and seller and not the Auction, it's owners or employees.
